Business Matchmaking Grant
Ready to win $4,000 to grow your business?
Our grants are designed for collaboration. (see the SEED homepage for examples)
Step 1. Look at our list of B2B service providers to find a business to be paired with or find your own outside the network. If you have a B2B that you’d like to work with please encourage them to join the network. Otherwise this match will be made from our B2B Catalog.
As a business owner, you will be paired with a B2B partner will solve a specific problem for you. SEED Network will pay for these services up to $4,000.
Step 2. Book a 1on1 meeting with Aaron and Desi to kick-off the meeting with your B2B business partner. We’ll help with the intro and explain expectations for the project plan that will be used for the grant application.

Step 3. Work with your B2B business partner to develop your project plan. This will explain how the $4000 will be spent and provide a timeline for deliverables over the next few months once the work starts.

Next step is to work on the grant application. We have designed this application process to be as smooth and straightforward as possible. Please watch the grant webinar for more information.
We’ll announce the 2 grant winners on March 7th. You’ll also qualify for the next 2 rounds of grants in Q2 and Q3.

No, this grant is available for all BIPOC-owned businesses based out of the Bay Area.

All applications will be reviewed by our selection committee consisted of leaders in across various diverse community business organizations. Notably, Board members from the SF African American Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, San Francisco and Japantown Cultural District are involved in the selection process.

You’ll need to identify your B2B partner and connect with them to come up with a project plan. You’ll include this when you fill out the application.
You’ll also need to register for SEED Network on this website and give basic business and demographic info.
